Even though we had many fun trips and events planned this summer, this was the event that Nate was MOST looking forward to. Nate is a relational person, and he loves his cousin Strider. He would love to live near him, but was so glad for the chance to spend a whole 3 days together. Lots of jokes and stories were told. They were both not short on words....
We had a wonderful time at the Carnegie Natural History Museum
Strider and Nate watched world cup soccer-and played lots of baseball, and of course, nerf wars.
Strider bravely came to Nate's baseball game and watched them lose by a whole lotta points. His presence was very helpful, as he and Nate laughed the whole way home.
The next day-we enjoyed church and our favorite lunch spot-Lu Lu's noodles.
Water games at home also made for great fun.
So glad you came, Strider! We loved having you.

It was definitely one of the MAJOR highlights of Strider's summer!
He had a lot of fun. And he says, "Why did the guy go to the circus? Because he had a ticket. Hahahaha"
